Terrible customer service. This company installed a gate for me that leaked oil and malfunctioned from day one. I called them for months asking for someone to come out and repair the gate. Every time I called, the receptionist very nicely told me that Joe, the owner, would call me back. He never did. Finally someone there admitted that Carjen doesn't do service gates, and probably wouldn't help me even though they were the one who installed the gate incorrectly! I can't believe that after spending thousands of dollars with this company, no one would even do me the courtesy of returning my call or fixing the shoddy work they did. I may need to sue. Stay away from this company.
